HAIR REJUVENATOR
MY VERSION - APPLE CIDER HAIR RINSE This will make the hair bright, shiny and manageable. Great for scalp and follicle health. Promotes hair re-growth and as a preventative measure for male pattern baldness. Cleans residue off of hair and scalp. The rosemary and sage oils promote healthy follicles and re-growth of hair. Fill an empty plastic dish soap or shampoo bottle with: 3 parts apple cider vinegar
1 part water Add 10-12 drops of rosemary oil
10-12 drops of sage oil
10-12 drops of lavender oil (or other scented oil you like) Keep this in the bath area. Wash your hair as usual. Then rinse the hair with approximately three tablespoons of the apple cider rinse. Rub it vigorously into the hair and scalp for a couple of minutes. Rinse with warm water. Finish with a thorough rinse under COLD water. To enhance the therapeutic effects of this rinse, discontinue use of commercial shampoos and preparations. They contain chemicals that damage the hair follicles and eventually CAN lead to thinning hair, or baldness. They also coat the hair with residue and plaque. Find a good all natural shampoo that you like from your local Health Food store or other source that is trustworthy. You may also choose to make your own shampoo. My husband and oldest son were both showing signs of thinning hair and receding hair lines. I have noticed a marked improvement in the health of their hair, the thickness of the hair growth and no further hairline recession.
